ROGER SKRYPCAK

Roger was born in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, raised in a small village in Bayfield County and graduated from Northland College in Ashland, WI with a BS in Biology. He married his wife Elizabeth, (BKA Betty) in 1970 while serving in the US Army in New York City. They raised two children who live nearby and have four wonderful grandchildren.

   Roger’s dream of having a career in wildlife management never materialized due to governmental budget cuts at the time of his graduation from college. Nearly his entire career involved sales and marketing along with starting three companies, selling two and closing the third to accept a sales position with a customer engagement enterprise.

   After the COVID 19 Pandemic forced him to work at home he found the time to get serious about writing. He had previously written several articles for an outdoor sports magazine which focused on human interest stories verses How to articles.

   His first book, Tatum’s Alibi was self-published on Amazon in 2021 as a novella but has since been pulled and re-written to be published again in Fall 2023.

   Never Doubt Nadine is his first full novel and launched early Fall 2023. He has started a third book with details to be released by Spring 2025.

   Roger has also written several short stories and will continue with that genre until he has accumulated enough stories to publish as a book.
